“ My account ” is a personalized page created by Noko for all our customers. If you are registered, by entering your e-mail and password, you will be able to:
- See / edit your personal data
- Change Password
- Access the newsletter and change the information you want to receive
- Access the occasion section where you can choose the type of items you wish to receive
- Register the warranty of your bicycle
- See the status and the history of your orders
- View / manage your saved bikes
- See the support requests you sent
- Close the session
HOW TO BUY
To place an order it is necessary to be registered on www.nokobike.com choosing between two possibilities:
- Registration before placing an order
- First you will need to access the main menu in the REGISTRATION section.
- You will only have to register once. To do this, you will need an e-mail address and a personal password. The other data are optional, we need them to know you better and be able to offer exactly what you need. You will be asked for the shipping address, as well as your personal data when placing your order.
We comply with current data protection regulations and will not share them on to third parties.
- Once you click on the “Registration” button, we will send you an e-mail confirming registration to the e-mail address indicated in the previous step.
- To confirm registration, you will need to click on the e-mail link.
- Registration during the purchase process
- You will need to add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Once inside the cart, click on the “Submit Order” button, which will take you to the check-out page.
- In the check-out page, in the section with the address and contact details, you will need to fill in all the required data, marked with an asterisk (*). At the end of the form, you will need to choose a password that you will use to log in into your account after making the purchase.
- Once you have chosen the item you want, click Buy it (or similar) and select the requested necessary specifications for it. Then click “ORDER NOW ” to add the product to the cart.
- Now you can proceed with the purchasing or change the items to the cart. To proceed with the payment, go to the cart on the main top menu and click “PLACE ORDER “.
- If you want to modify, cancel or add items, you can do it from the cart. Place the cursor over the cart icon and click on it with the left mouse button. Once you are satisfied with your items, click “UPDATE CART ” ( if you have a promotional code, you can add it to the cart, but remember that you must be registered and logged in your Account ).
- At check-out section, you will have to follow the steps indicated and fill in the requested information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. If you are already registered, but you are not logged in, you will need to click on “I am already registered ” and some fields will be filled in automatically. If you are not registered, you will need to provide a personal password to access your account after making the purchase.
- In the next step you will need to indicate the delivery point. You receive the order at the address you wish. We invite you to double-check the shipping data inserted in order to avoid any problems during the delivery phase!
- Finally, you will have to proceed with the payment. The platforms guarantee the privacy of information during the process of transmitting user data, with secure transactions. You can pay by PayPal (see www.paypal.it), Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
- You will be able to see the details of your order by logging into your account, in the “Orders” section. Here you can see the number, date and status of the order, the estimated shipping date, the quantity, the amount of the product, the shipping costs, the total amount, personal data, etc.
You will be able to track the order from your account. To this end, if you are logged in, access “My account” from the main menu; otherwise, access “Login” from the main menu, indicate your e-mail and password, then click “Create Account “. If you don’t remember your password, click Lost your password? and follow the steps mentioned below to reset your password.
If you have forgotten the e-mail, contact our Customer Service (Contact us page or firstname.lastname@example.org), and indicate the order number, which you will find in the purchase confirmation e-mail that you received after purchase.
In “Orders” section you will be able to consult your orders, which will show one of the following statuses:
Your order has been received to our system and confirmed by Nokobike.com; shortly we will start the procedure for shipping to the address indicated.
As long as your order is CONFIRMED you can cancel it from the “Orders” section in “My account”. Once you request the cancellation of the order, the status will change to CANCELED.
If for some reason you have not requested the cancellation of the order and it appears as CANCELED, please contact the customer support service www.nokobike.com/it/contact/ .
Your order left the warehouse. You will receive an e-mail of shipping confirmation; by 5-7 working days the item will be delivered to the address indicated at the moment of purchase.
