In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), it is mandatory to inform customers about the data processing methods we carry out and the rights to which, as data subjects, they are entitled. The Data Controllers are, each to the extent of its competence:

All personal data provided by customers to NOKO, or otherwise acquired in advance and during the contractual relationship (for example, those concerning access to the NOKO website, the amount of data transferred, status messages and accesses, session ID numbers, IP addresses, URL addresses, etc.), are processed in the following way: electronic and/or paper form, including through duly authorised managers and agents, to the extent necessary for the administration of the relevant rights.

In particular, the processing of your personal data will be carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4, n. 2), GDPR and specifically: collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. The processing of your Data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency by NOKO and may also be carried out by means of automated methods capable of storing, managing and transmitting them and will be carried out by means of suitable instruments, for reason and the state of the art, to guarantee security and confidentiality through the use of suitable procedures. prevent the risk of loss, unauthorised access, unlawful use and dissemination.

The purposes of the processing include the fulfilment of the obligations provided for by laws, internal regulations and Community regulations (for which the transfer is obligatory) and the performance of activities strictly related and instrumental to the management of the contractual relationship (for which the transfer is optional, but necessary for the conclusion and continuation of the relationship, which in case of refusal cannot be concluded or continued).

The data may be communicated by NOKO to persons to whom the law, regulations or Community regulations grant this right of access; to companies, third parties or consortia that carry out operations related, instrumental or supporting related activities and in particular those that carry out transport services. These entities act as managers or independent owners and an updated list of them will be available at our headquarter.

By signing this General Sales Agreement, the customer expressly authorises NOKO to process his/her personal data pursuant to Art. 6 lit. b) and e) of the GDPR, as well as those considered by current legislation as “sensitive” and/or “particular” pursuant to Art. 6, co. 2, of the GDPR – also for the purpose of sending newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products and/or services, also different and/or dissimilar from those already purchased – for purposes related to the conduct and fulfillment of the sale of the goods.

NOKO will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, in compliance with the principles of minimisation and restriction of storage referred to in art. 5, paragraph 1, letter c), e), GDPR. Personal data, however, will be processed for no more than 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship for the contractual purposes. Once this retention period has expired, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous and, in any case, will be rendered unusable for the purposes for which the retention periods have expired. The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and for no more than 2 years from the collection of the data for the Marketing Purposes. After this retention period, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.

The rights of customers (art. 7 CP) include access, updating and integration of their data, as well as their deletion or blocking in the event of processing carried out in violation of the law.
